The docs show how to use the old --debug and node-inspector, but thanks to Node 8.4 we can finally use --inspect.

node --inspect-brk node_modules/bin/jest according to #1652 (comment).

I removed an extra --inspect, it seems to not be necessary.

Sounds like a perfect opportunity to send a PR with a note about the fix in Node 8.4.0 :)
