[Feature]: Drop support Node V14 and V16 support?

🚀 Feature Proposal

The Node.V14 has been EOL and v16 will be E0L in September. So is there any plan that stop supporting the Node v14 and 16 in the next major version or any other plan?

Motivation

Upgrade Infra tool.

We'll be dropping v14 (and v19). I think I'll keep v16 around for another cycle just to make it easier for folks to upgrade without a major of their own
