There are a few places where Chime does internal bookkeeping with an assumption that code always executes linearly, without jumps or repetitions.
This assumption is clearly false in Bel, since Bel has ccc.
Shouldn't be too hard to fix, now that I've identified it. The main blocker on progress here is me clarifying my understanding of what Bel should do in a few corner cases.
