Now that we don't have any time constraints, we might think about whether we want to keep this a web app or make it an Android/iPhone app. Thoughts?

Web app would be simpler, and we could use something like Phonegap to make it run natively on mobile devices, but this could affect performance.

Mobile would probably run cleaner, but we will have to choose a platform and learn how to develop mobile apps.
