Publish Rails stats report is waiting for a checkpoint on 'some build name' #3701

We are running with rubymetrics-plugin v.1.6.5, jenkins v.2.204 and triggering build jobs from different branches and sometimes we receive the error from the subject in a job which hangs waiting for the previous job to finish up and both are not related by any mean.

We are using 'Publish rails stats report' and 'Publish rcov report' as a post-build action as part of the plugin within the build configuration.

I did not manage to find the same error, so I would be very happy if somebody could give a hand here.

The last time I touched this was a few years back. I am not the original author, do not work with Ruby either with Jenkins. I am not able to help you I am afraid. I can merge PR if someone comes up with a fix or something...
