It would be convenient to have a way to @mention the user(s) that broke the build. Maybe we can add another variable that message templates can use? We are using this in-house so the usernames are all the same.
#70 could also be used to notify a user directly, but I think we'd prefer @mention to get the best of both worlds (people can still join the room if they want to see all the notifications).

I believe this is the same use-case as what #19 tried to introduce. Contrary to my findings earlier, I think there is a chance that this could be implemented after all. Will investigate this a bit further...
