The GitHub user and Jenkins project user was removed before hosting and the bot accepted it as it would've been checking the list of users and not requiring it exists

@SalmanDeveloperz we don't assign issues to new contributors because new contributors often ask to be assigned and then do not make any progress on the issue. The assignment then reduces the chances that anyone else will work on the issue.

Your comment that you are interested in working on the issue is enough. The next step for you is to submit a pull request to resolve the issue. Review the reproduction steps and details in the description. They should provide all the clarification you need on the expected validation flow.
