Help needed - how to completely uninstall the mpv and the jmp built from the source in my Fedora system

Hi there, i have successfully built the jmp using the instructions provided in the github. However in Fedora 40 on wayland, there is a known issue of the Jellyfin Media Players just showing a blank, dark screen. Hence i would like to uninstall the jellyfin and mpv that was built and instead install the jmp from flathub. I am a new user and hence don't have an understanding of how to remove the built apps. Can someone guide please? Thanks.
