If user's don't enter a value for starting bid, we need a flash statement.

Add this to the application/layout.html.erb, we want every page to be able to add these. Also make this iterate over all things in the flash.

Done, just pushed. Not perfectly happy with how they look, but I'm going to move on, will come back to them at some point. Reassigning to you to integrate the error messages.
