RTC Server URL: https://hostname/ccm
GitLab Server URL: https://hostname/git/
The plugin makes a call to get the user details at: https://hostname/api/v4/user?
Which results in a 404 Not Found:

However making a rest call using rest client to the path hostname/git/api/v4/user returns a 200 OK code
