Conveyor Scrubber/ Auto-Item Cleaner

I Was thinking of this idea for a Building that Cleans Bulk items requiring either chlorine and/or bleach stone as a storage or something you connect to a Conveyor Rail system. On the tech tree it should be in Decontamination (makes sense ) or Solid Transport. It shouldn't be easy to make, probably requiring Bleach stone and/or other more Expensive/Rare Materials. I Don't know how to mod (Exactly) So I Just waned to throw this idea out there, And request it.
