Tuya WiFi Device Cannot Get IP Address via Wizard/Scan of TinyTuya

Description: One of my Tuya WiFi devices is unable to obtain an IP address using the wizard/scan feature of TinyTuya.

The above polling result shows utility_presence with the Error: No IP found.
The devices.json file shows the IP and version as empty. Since it's a WiFi device, no parent is seen either. I also tried using the -f option, but it didn't help.

The ip neigh command clearly shows the IP address associated with the MAC address of the device.

Now what should I check?

Tinytuya version is 1.15.1.
