feat:MS Team inbound call need to route to application based on DNIS

Currently teams inbound calls are all routed to single application which mapped in ms team tenants , there would requirement to route call to specific application based on DNIS

This can be created by selecting no application in MS Teams tenants , when call comes from tenant FQDN then lookup phone number based on DNIS in specified account of MS Teams tenants , this logic needs to be applied only when call is detected is from teams

if application is configured in MS Teams tenants then route to that application ,
