I tried a StackOverflow answer, where the installation of the old OpenSSL v1 was suggested, but that didn't work out. Referencing: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/72496479/phantomjs-launcher-fails-on-latest-pop-os-cannot-find-shared-library-libprovid
The binary is installed, so the issue is not with the installer itself. However, it would be helpful to find a way to maintain usability.
