Tables should be able to be converted to CSV by table.toCSV().
Tables should also be able to be generated from CSV using var table = Table.fromCSV();

The user should be able to specify the seperators (string), as well as a custom toCSV() function for the cells.

Note that converting to CSV (in contrast to toObject()) loses data.
