Filter function for getRows() / getColumns()

The 2 functions getRows() and getColumns() should take a filter function as an argument.
This function can be used to only return specific rows/columns.

Example:

table.getRows(function(row:Row): boolean{
    return (row.rowType === RowType.title && row.getIndex() >= 1);
}
