Description of the documentation deficiency / workflow suggestion.

Description

There is an identation error after step 5 in ProjectSetup.md file. They are supposed to be inside the 5th step, which causes confusion to contributors.

Issue

Steps 1, 2 must be inside of 5th step.

Please assign this issue to me, I will fix this issue
