Hello,

First, I want to express how much I enjoy using your application. It's been incredibly useful.

However, I've been experiencing an issue where the app crashes unexpectedly around three times a week. It's challenging to pinpoint the exact circumstances or triggers that cause these crashes. I am using a MacBook Air M3 15" running macOS Sonoma 14.6.1.

Could you please advise on how I can provide logs or any other diagnostic information that might help in identifying the root cause of these crashes? I'm keen to assist in any way I can to help resolve this issue.

Thank you for your support and for the continued development of such a great tool.

Best regards.

Hello,
Thank you for the feedback. There are some known crash issues for only switch with radio player with sounds effect and clicking icon on menu bar.
I believe you can get some crash information including thread stack when it happens. Then you can provide it to me.

Best regards,
Jack

@jacklandrin I use the radio player a lot. It might be related to this. Wow.
How can I get the crash information? Because I just notice when I look at my menu bar, and all hidden icons are there. There is no pop-up window mentioning the crash.

Best regards,
Francis.

Once the app crashes, it's supposed to show an alert after a while. A button called show details something like that, after clicking it, you can check all crash info.

When the app crashes, it does not show anything with error message (other apps does).
Is there anything that I can do?
