Local values being used for calculations when currency is different from 'EUR' in DEGIRO reports

When a product is traded in a currency other than 'EUR', it'd be expected that the Purchase and Sale values to be used would be the actual transaction value (which takes into account the exchange rate), and not the local values.

The rationale is that by using the local amount, this is actually calculating capital gains/loss in the local currency of the traded product, and not in EUR

The purchase/sale value in EUR can be inferred by dividing the "Value" column, in the DEGIRO report, by the quantity.

The inferred purchase and sale prices then allow for the actual EUR capital gain/loss to be calculated.

Ah, this is correct! Will look into correcting this soon. Will do some maintenance tasks for the project during spring before taxation is due in Finland.
