[Feature Request] Create Nuget Package

As for now dxf, dwg and many other projects are served as Nuget packages, I would personally like to use converters as Nuget package in my project.

Eventually this will happen, but it'll be a long way out because it has 2 requirements, ixmilia/dxf and ixmilia/pdf that are under active development and I don't want the process to make a change to this repo to require a NuGet package of one of the requirements to be published; it's much easier to deal with submodule pointers, instead.

Yes, dxf exists as a nuget package, but those are released when there have been significant improvements, not when a single bug has been fixed or an API changed/added.

pdf on the other hand is very immature and I'm nowhere ready to publish a NuGet package of that yet which means it must remain a submodule pointer, too.
