W mailach warto dodać numer certyfikatu. Będzie to też potrzebne do załadowania do Tipi w #7

Brakuje jednak API do tego. Powinno być możliwe dopisanie tego do wtyczki do Moodle'a. Issue tutaj mdjnelson/moodle-mod_customcert#419
