Unwatched movies reappears in movie directory!?

Hello

i face a strange behavior.
I installed plex_debrid with Plex server and Real-Debrid setups.
I start my first download for one movie i put in my watching list. It worked!
Then for caching issue (see my other ticket), i uninstall plex_debrid and reinstall it. In between i remove the movie from my watching list and manually deleted the file from disk.

After reinstalling plex_debrid, i noticed that the movie file reappears in my movie directory (not in my plex movie library).
I tried to delete it manually but seconds later it reapears again!

What i have to do? The movie is still in the pipe?
