1. Repeat at the end (and don't re-shuffle them).
2. Sort them somehow (alphabetically)

It looks like the order goes A->Z scrolling down, and A->Z scrolling up... ie, A closest to the center, Z furtherest away -- so people with names starting later in the alphabet are far off on the edges and hard to find
