I think it would be nice to support setting data revisions in dvc exp run similar to how we currently support setting params ("on the fly" with --set-param).

This kind of workflow is already supported when Running Experiments in Studio and it could be considered a step towards a more "data-centric" dvc exp (related with #6455 ).

Not sure about the syntax but I would expect it to be similar to the existing for params:

dvc exp run --set-data <data_file>=<data_rev>
