DVC works fine on cmd & powershell, Suprisingly when I tried > to the output of the above commands into a .txt file, the logs indicated that the commands ran successfully, Perhaps it has to do something with the DVC & git bash UI.

The AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'flush' was fixed in #7503 . It was related with tqdm you could manually bump tqdm>=4.63.1 or install the latest dvc version 2.10.0

@daavoo Thanks for your input, I have updated both of these versions, now on git bash, there's no output & there's no error, I have tried most of the common dvc commands, even something like pre-commit run is not running, Here's a ss of git bash & pshell running side by sid, other collaborators with the same project and the same requirements seem to have no issue on git bash
