For Mac (installed from pkg):

$ which dvc
/usr/local/bin/dvc -> /usr/local/lib/dvc/dvc

$ ls -la /usr/local/bin/dvc
/usr/local/bin/dvc -> /usr/local/lib/dvc/dvc

sudo rm -f /usr/local/bin/dvc
sudo rm -rf /usr/local/lib/dvc
sudo pkgutil --forget com.iterative.dvc
