A set of new containers that correspond to tags in https://github.com/iterative/dvc-get-started/ needed to be created. The naming scheme for the containers will be like:

dvcorg/doc-start:main-0-git-init
dvcorg/doc-start:main-1-dvc-init
...

Each tag in the GH repository will correspond a tag in dvcorg/doc-start repository in Docker hub.
