Description
\r\nThe Functional Analyst with strong \r\nanalytical skills
\r\nHas at least 5 years’ experience in \r\n the role of Functional analyst.
\r\nHas proven experience in requirement \r\n gathering, gap analysis, impact analysis and the writing of business rules, \r\n user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria.
\r\nHas proven experience with known \r\n deliverables like domain models, logical model, component diagrams, sequence \r\n diagrams, object diagrams, design patterns, UML, data flow diagrams, … \r\n
\r\nHaving the expertise with analysis in \r\n an service oriented environment is a serious plus (web services, integration \r\n automation, API interfaces, …).
\r\nHas a good English knowledge (French \r\n is a plus)
\r\nHas the ability to rapidly understand \r\n the business context.
\r\nIs also responsible for the testing \r\n and validation of the application. \r\n
\r\n
Compentences
\r\nA conceptual thinker with excellent \r\n problem solving capabilities but the pragmatic ability to get things \r\n done.
\r\nThe ability to manage multiple \r\n initiatives simultaneously.
\r\nHaving knowledge/expertise in the \r\n payroll business is a serious plus.
\r\nStrong interpersonal, communication \r\n and influencing skills to be able to align with business owners, architects, \r\n developers and testers.
\r\nBeing able to challenge the \r\n requirements in a constructive way.
\r\nFlexible and stress \r\n resistant.
\r\nHas to be familiar with Agile \r\n (Scrum/Kanban) methodologies.
\r\nThink – act – result driven \r\n mentality
\r\nHaving a good SQL knowledge
\r\nPersonal skills: pro-activity, \r\n supporting, result driven, key player, a deadline is a challenge, quality, \r\n passion
