[Improvement] WPF-based visualization framework

The WPF-based case study visualizations are implemented in a rather ad-hoc fashion. A WPF-based visualization framework for S# models could take advantage of standard WPF functionality such as data bindings to significantly reduce the amount of boilerplate code, ideally even obsoleting all code-behind for simple visualizations such as the pressure tank case study.
