Add cordova-related node files to gitignore #345

Cordova 6 adds new files and folders that are derivable from the config.xml and should therefore be added to .gitignore:

ember-cordova/cordova/node_modules
ember-cordova/cordova/package.json
ember-cordova/cordova/package-lock.json
