.gitignore content is duplicated #333

The UpdateGitIgnore Task ( https://github.com/isleofcode/ember-cordova/blob/master/lib/tasks/update-gitignore.js ) does not check to see if entries already exist before adding them, and thus can duplicate entries.

We should not be adding entries already in the .gitignore file.
