working on validation with the JSON schema. 'responsibility' property is asserted to be 'multivalued' in the LinkML schema, so requires array value in the JSON instance documents.

in https://mars.cyverse.org/thing/IGSN:000000001?full=false&format=core, have
curation/responsibility: "Not Provided". should be ["Not Provided"] and
"informalClassification": "Not Provided",
