GitHub Mac App can enter a bad state if sidebar is extended too far.

Easy Fix: Set a limit on how far out the sidebar can extend, to avoid this problematic state from ever occurring.

Still occurs in latest version (Future Past, 155).

This has been fixed as of https://github.com/shurcooL/bettertogether/commit/a814611970333cc26b681a4ca71087f2994fc6ff and can be closed!
