Python install pattern using pip fails. (User reported issue, confirmed) #28

Hi,

I have been trying to install Yasmine via Anaconda using the instructions in https://github.com/iris-edu/yasmine-stationxml-editor, but I keep encountering issues.
I downloaded the latest version here https://github.com/iris-edu/yasmine-stationxml-editor/releases/tag/v4.0.2, but when I do

“pip install yasmine-stationxml-editor-4.0.2.tar.gz”,

I get the message

yasmine-stationxml-editor-4.0.2.tar.gz does not appear to be a Python project: neither 'setup.py' nor 'pyproject.toml' found.
