(How) should we implement dependencies between install scripts?

We should not, there are enough package managers out there. Why don't you test whether ansible-galaxy is installed (for example, with which ansible-galaxy) in the gRPC script?

OTOH, the only reason we have the gRPC script (IIRC) is because someone from Nokia didn't update the package in Ansible Galaxy for over three years, or am I missing something?
