datastore-fs should use the defined errors in the interface-datastore similarly as datastore-level already does. For example, now it is not possible to depend on the ERR_NOT_FOUND error in a cross-implementation (fs vs level) manner.

Sorry was too fast to draw wrong conclusion, this is related to ipfs/js-ipfs-repo#197
