You can fetch 32bit go-ipfs (command line daemon) from https://dist.ipfs.io/#go-ipfs
but we won't be adding legacy platforms to ipfs-desktop (it is being deprecated by Electron: https://www.electronjs.org/blog/linux-32bit-support)

If you need a simple tray tool for 32-bit system, you may want to build https://github.com/ipfs-shipyard/go-ipfs-desktop manually instead..
