It should be possible to combine code coverage of nodejs and browser testing using https://github.com/istanbuljs/puppeteer-to-istanbul

This would be a pretty good reason to add the coverage option back to aegir because it would not longer be as simple as just adding nyc to the command, enabling browser coverage is a little more involved.
