[GOAL] PoC - fairroulette x Discord Bot

The Goal is to build a Discord Bot, to send the events of the fairroulette Smart Contract to a Discord channel.

Key results

1. • Setup IOTA Smart Contract infrastructure (setup GoShimmer and Wasp Node, Deploy fairroulette SC, test instruction docs).
2. • Setup and prepare Discord bot.
3. • Build connection from Discord Bot to SC
4. • Write Tutorial: How to connect "xxx" to a IOTA Smart Contract
