No shortcuts for this work on windows

I would like to add a keyboard shortcut(I'm on windows) but it didn't work, also, if theres some code to add the command to https://atom.io/packages/tool-bar , that would be great

Another problem i'm having is that the terminal is empty
There's literally nothing in it when I run my code. Is there a way I can change the directory of my terminal?
