Update auto-trace plugin file names and env vars

File names and environment vars don't currently allow for other redis plugins instead of ioredis. The plugin wrapper pattern should allow for that, as well as set up a pattern for continued extension. Also, environment variables that trigger wrapping plugins seem unnecessarily verbose, and could be shortened.
