Add option to disable event-info via environment variable #30

When event-info is included (as it is in kitchen sinks), in order to "disable" the plugin, users must remove it from their config. This may be a lot to ask, us configuration via environment variable so that users can include the plugin, but turn it off.

use: IOPIPE_EVENT_INFO_ENABLED (as in java agent)
