Scroll refresher arrow doesn't spin

I started noticing this yesterday. In my trials, I see it working fine on regular views. If the view has a tab, the very first PTR works properly. After that, it never works again on any tab in the view. It will however continue to work on other views that don't have tabs.

Odd, yea. It works on some demos and not others.

Seems to be related to the use of <ion-list> and <ion-list-item>. Not sure why though.

Should be good now, has been refactored and tested lately.
