feat: inline ionic picker

Describe the Feature Request

Currently ion-picker get open with the popup with buttons .

I required to some other element with ion-picker to display on page load without popup (like , heading , description ) .
Required list picker which will enable the to pick any option from the list UI of ion-picker but without modal

Describe the Use Case

some extra attributes like inline/modal will get define to display ion-picker on page without modal to solve UI requirement
Or
new component definition will get solve requirement bug
