ionicPopup.prompt does not focus on input

ionicPopup.prompt does not focus on input when it opens. This forces an extra click to pull up the keyboard which can be avoided (like a normal prompt does)

Fixed in nightly! thanks. It used to focus the first button. Now if an input exists, it will focus that.
