npx cap doctor output:

[fatal] Platform electron is not valid.

Current Behavior

run npx cap doctor with electron added and you'll get

[fatal] Platform electron is not valid.

Expected Behavior

should detect electron as a valid platform

Reproduction Steps

run npx cap doctor in a project where electron is added
