No Capacitor App running on Huawei?

Hello Community, I faced a basic issue with a Huawei P30 Lite lately.

Some weeks ago, I deployed a developer build directly from Android Studio on that devices sucessfully. All was running fine. But now I am not able to run any Capacitor app on that phone.

The problem: the initial index.html is not getting fetched. The request hangs on pending (also from localhost). The app is just blank. Even the getting started example from Capacitor docs won't run.

I am not familar enough with these log entries to see anything relevant. Did anyone face a similar problem? Any ideas what could cause such a problem?
