If I do "npx cap run android" gradle will do a full build taking as much as 30 seconds.

If I do "npx cap copy android" it will copy in about a second and then I can press run in android studio and gradle will finish in about 100ms.

Is there any way I can get "npx cap run android" to be as fast as running from studio?
