Can auto publish an already packaged tar file ??

After my build job in my GitHub action, my package is packaged and uploaded to GitHub artifact.

Then in my publish job, I download the artifact and publish straight to NPM currently.

My Question ::

How can i use auto to publish the artifact without auto going through that whole process again ??

i want to do something like :: npx auto shipit mypackage.tgz
