There is a link in index.html to a demo page BookReaderDemo/demo-plugin-menu-toggle.html. However, that file doesn't exist.

so, It needs to be removed ?

..or the file needs to be replaced. I don't know, I'm just pointing out the issue, I wasn't the one who put in the link. 🤷‍♂️
